Devan Table is operated by Devan Alexander LLC. These terms apply to your use of devantable.com and purchases through the shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
Using the shop
You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact and address information, and protect your account credentials. Please use the site lawfully and avoid interfering with its security or operation.
Textile information and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and shipping charge are shown before an order is submitted. Product measurements describe the finished textile, not a guaranteed table fit. Screens and lighting can affect the appearance of color. Room photographs may include dishes, furniture and accessories that are not part of the purchase; the product’s included-items details control.
We aim to present accurate descriptions and pricing. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the option to cancel with a refund. We may update listings and prices for future orders without changing an already accepted order.
Orders
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request; acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order for an incorrect address, product unavailability, a material listing error or suspected misuse. Any amount collected for a canceled item will be refunded. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated processing period, we will contact you about the revised timing and cancellation options.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is offered within the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days and standard transit takes 3–7 days. Standard shipping is $6.99 below a $59 merchandise total and free at $59 or more, after discounts and before tax. Read the Shipping Policy for details.
The return window lasts 30 days after delivery. Textiles must remain unused and include their original packaging. The Return & Refund Policy explains return postage, inspection and refunds, including our responsibility for quality issues, incorrect items and transit damage.
Content and links
The Devan Table name, brand artwork and original site content may not be used without permission. Product imagery and other content may also be protected by their respective rights holders. Outside links are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for another website’s content.
Responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights or limits a remedy that the law requires. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every screen will display a textile’s color identically. Any limitation is effective only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
