We deliver table textiles to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our delivery area excludes Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses. Our business mailing address is in Alaska; that does not extend the delivery area.
Before a parcel leaves
Order processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays. This is the time used to prepare an order, separate from transit.
Time on the way
After dispatch, standard transit takes 3–7 days. These are estimated travel times, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier disruptions and holidays can affect a delivery. Shipment confirmation includes tracking when available.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping costs $6.99 on merchandise totals below $59. Orders with a merchandise total of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold applies after discounts and before any applicable tax. Shipping charges appear in your bag and at checkout.
Address details and delivery questions
Please enter a complete street address, apartment or unit where applicable, state and ZIP code. If an address needs correcting, contact us as soon as possible. We can change it only before the parcel is dispatched. For a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, contact us with your order number and any useful tracking or package details.
If plans change
If we learn of a delay that prevents dispatch within the stated processing period, we will contact you with the revised expectation and the option to cancel for a refund. If a textile is damaged, incorrect or has a quality problem, see our Return & Refund Policy.
