Are the listed dimensions my table size?
No. They are finished textile dimensions. Measure the tabletop and add twice your preferred drop to both length and width. For a round table, add twice the drop to the diameter. Our size guide shows the calculation.
How much fabric should hang over the edge?
That is a styling choice. Around 6–10 in is a practical starting point for a casual setting; a longer drop feels more dressed up. Check that fabric clears seats, knees and chair arms. The examples in our guide are calculations, not fit guarantees.
What is in the package?
Each listing states its included items. Our tablecloths and runners are sold individually. Plates, napkins, chairs, pillows and decorations shown in room photographs are styling props unless specifically listed.
Will the color look exactly like the photo?
Lighting and screen settings can shift the appearance of a fabric. Read the selected color label as well as viewing the images. Please inspect the textile before use or washing if color matching is important.
How should I clean it?
Start with the product’s care details and the sewn-in care label. Materials vary, so we do not apply one wash temperature or cleaning method to the whole collection. A decorative textile is not a substitute for a trivet under hot cookware.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 United States. We process orders in 1–3 business days; standard transit then takes 3–7 days. See the Shipping Policy for the full delivery area and timing details.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is $6.99 below a $59 merchandise total. At $59 or more, standard shipping is free. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax.
Can I return a textile that does not suit the room?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery, keeping the item unused and in its original packaging. For a changed preference or sizing choice, you cover return shipping. When is a return refunded?
Inspection takes 3–5 business days after the return arrives. If it meets the return conditions, we initiate the refund and send confirmation. The bank controls when the credit appears in your balance.
